In the automotive stamping industry, stamping is sometimes called sheet metal forming, but it is slightly different. The so-called sheet forming refers to the use of sheet, thin-walled tube, thin-walled material as raw materials for CNC machining plastic processing forming method, collectively known as sheet forming, at this time, the deformation of thick plate direction generally causes the causes of hardware damage and preventive measures.
According to the stamping temperature, there are cold stamping and hot stamping. It depends on the strength, plasticity, thickness, deformation degree and equipment capacity of the material. At the same time, the original heat treatment state and end use conditions of the material should be considered. Any rolled sheet has anisotropic physical properties. If the bending line is the same as the rolling direction, cracks are easy to appear at the bending place; if the bending line is perpendicular to the rolling direction, cracks are not easy to appear at the bending place.
There are three solutions
1. If the design allows, soft materials can be selected;
2. If the design allows, the arc radius of bending can be increased;
3. In the blanking of stamping parts, we should pay attention to the rolling direction, and make the bending line and rolling direction at the corresponding angle as far as possible.
Stamping process can be divided into separation process and forming process (bending, drawing and forming). The separation process is to separate the stamping part and blank along the corresponding contour line in the stamping process, and the quality of the separated section of the stamping part should also meet the corresponding requirements; the forming process is to make the stamping blank produce plastic deformation without damage, and transform it into the required shape of the finished product, and also meet the requirements of dimensional tolerance.

1、 The material rack of auto parts needs safety protection: the safety here includes the safety of operators and parts in the process of logistics operation. It is necessary to effectively prevent water, moisture, dust, rust and collision in the transportation of parts.
2、 The material rack of auto parts should be of good quality: prevent the failure of parts protection caused by logistics packaging design, manufacturing problems, and container quality, thus affecting the quality of parts.
3、 The material rack of auto parts needs high operation efficiency: standardized logistics packaging requires reasonable packaging, which not only leads to insufficient protection of parts, but also does not lead to excessive packaging, reducing production efficiency, causing trouble in taking and placing parts, resulting in waste of working hours.
4、 Automobile parts rack needs high logistics efficiency: when designing logistics packaging products such as logistics containers, pallets and iron racks, the loading efficiency of transport vehicles should be fully considered to greatly improve the logistics efficiency. When selecting the pallets of standardized logistics containers, we should consider the effective length, width and height of the pick-up vehicles, make efficient use of space, and make each pallet unit stack up to a standard, and each stack is close to a cubic unit, so as to facilitate the statistical calculation of cargo volume and arrange the tonnage of pick-up trucks reasonably.
